Hi doc I am from philippines 50 yrs old please give some advice what is best medications of my hyperechoic thyroid gland. L -9.7cms r-9.4 cms lobes.
I had an ultrasound of thyroid in that its showing bialateral midly heterogeneous lobes od thyroid gland and no mass lession in either lobe of thyroid gland but my blood work shows normal levels and my doc said no need to take medicine please help?

Went to the doc for cold sore and enlarged neck lymph node. Its been 2.5 weeks lymph node still enlarged. Ultrasound says bilateral reactive lymph nodes. All blood work normal. Any ideas why its still enlarged? I think it feels a bit smaller?
