Had a fever of 100.5 yesterday around noon and went down after tylenol (acetaminophen) and this morning woke up to 101 fever. 1st trimester (4 wks). fever is gone now?

Fever gone?: If your fever is gone then, no problem. However, I do think it is a good idea for you to inform your OB MD of this scenario so that he/she can make a determination in context of your exams about follow up as needed.
