Fever: Fever curve indicates a viral illness. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) every four hours for temp over 101.

FEVER: Viral fever stays for 3-5 days to 7 days. Associated symptoms can be: sore throat, runny nose, malaise, cough, headache, bodyache, etc. If no other symptoms like- burning urine, earache, breathing difficulty, etc, not to worry. Remember: you don't have to give tylenol (acetaminophen) if fever is less than 101. If fever goes high, 105 or more, or stays more than 7 days, will need to see her pediatrician.
