Fever hasn't gone down w/tylenol (acetaminophen). last time baby had 101.5 but with tylenol (acetaminophen) it almost remained = & slowly went up again. now 101.8, medicine due soon.

Fever: How is your child acting and responding to you ; Is child very lethargic,and not acting "normal"? This could be an emergency. One objective is try to control fever to prevent febrile seizures. If child is fine, you might want to try pediatric ibuprofen in between Tylenol (acetaminophen) . How often are you giving Tylenol (acetaminophen)? Also, you can try sponge bathing + avoid heavy clothing . Need to push fluids to replace
