Move around, stay ac: Our body needs to be kept in motion as much as possible. So walk and do so briskly every chance you get whether you are at home or at work. Sitting in one place for more than one hour is unhealthy. So keep your body in motion as much as you can. . If you walk in the shoping areas, park farther away and walk to work and go up steps instead of riding elevators, you will burn calories.
