One or the other: tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 has 30mg of codeine. Codeine is a medium potency narcotic pain medication. Morpheine sulphate is a high potency narcotic pain medication. So morpheine is much stronger.
Safer to just take the morpheine. Morpheine can be synergistic with tylenol (acetaminophen). So if the morpheine doesn't work, take it with two tylenol (acetaminophen). Don't take more than 3000mg tylenol (acetaminophen) a day.
