There are different conditions that can cause this but one of the most common is thyroid disease. You should definitely have your thyroid function tests done. You should see your doctor and get these blood tests done ASAP. You’ll feel better quickly if this is the cause and you get treatment. Good luck to you!

In addition to an overactive thyroid you could be experiencing a form of miliaria where heat is trapped in your skin due to blockage of sweat glands although some rash is usually present. Rarer possibilities include carcinoid& pheochromocytoma which are tumors that secrete certain hormones causing similar symptoms to yours. An endocrinologist is best to consult to investigate these symptoms.
