Chronic inflammation: Chronic inflammation from any cause can cause increase in serum immunoglobulins, polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia and many of those patients have elevated serum free light chains. Some of these patients even have abnormal K/L ratio which you do not. The results you described are not diagnostic of any illness.
