Exam needed: More details about your discomfort are needed in order to make a diagnosis, but prolonged symptoms like yours are concerning and require an urgent evaluation in the hospital emergency room now where appropriate testing can be done expeditiously in order to diagnose and treat you. Possibilities include serious disorders like appendicitis, pancreatitis, cholecystitis, peptic ulcer, etc.

You need Medic-check: Pain in the belly can be sign of something serious going on and must be checked by a doctor. If you have any associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting or fever then it is a more serious matter. If you have been able to eat and drink and have no vomiting then it is less serious. Unless the pain is decreasing, you must go see a doctor tomorrow(after the night is over) and get examined and tested.
