Bad stomach flu: This sounds like you could have a severe gastroenteritis. Because of the fever AND the diarrhea, you should get it checked. You should be seen by a doctor who can make sure that you don't have a bacterial infection AND can make sure your salt levels and hydration status are OK. With a bad stomach flu like this, you should try to find the cause - it makes the treatment that much better.
