Stool changes: Yes, antibiotics are well known to cause changes in your bowels, because they kill off the normal bacteria that live in our intestines to help us digest our food. You can see a change in color, texture, frequency. Stay well-hydrated. It can take a few weeks before the bowels go back to "normal" after finishing the antibiotics.
