You need lab tests: Yellowing of the tongue can be a sign of jaundice, as can yellow/white stools. Your digestive issues could be a sign of gallstones, and if you have a gallstone that lodges in your bile duct it can lead to jaundice. Other signs of this can (but not necessarily) include yellowing of the whites of your eyes and dark urine. If you're having these you need to go to the er now.
