Normal: The stool color is provided by the bile from the liver that is adds to fecal debris. It starts out a deep green & slowly changes thru greens to yellows to browns as the germs in the intestines metabolize the bile.Yellow generally means the stool in question moved through faster or was subject to less change by gut germs.Normal color reflects return to normal feeding activity.

Depends: Could be your gallbladder is not working as well or that your diet changed while you were sick. Should resolve once back to normal diet.

Maybe: Suggests you had liver/pancreas involvement.Should normalize after a few days. If start having crampy abdominal pain or nausea or diarrhea, need to see your dr for recheck. Same if feeling ok, but yellow persists beyond a week. Live-culture yogurt might help normalize things sooner.
