Sore muscles at gym: If you are new to weight training, most likely your muscles will be sore the first few times after you work out with weights. If your gym offers trainers to help you, ask them to watch your form with the weights, and ask their advice on how much weight to lift. Generally, you should start with lower weights and more repetitions, and work your way up gradually.
