Yesterday around 10 am or 11 am i started experiencing chest pain until now it's very uncomfortable it's not your piercing pain but rather like i feel like something is happening inside ?

Dull anterior chest discomfort could be due to rib cage strain or mild inflammation, esophageal disorders, heart issues or less likely lung pathology which is usually accompanied by cough, sharp pain on deep breathing. If symptoms persist, get examined in the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and testing are available.
