Depends: Sunbreeze has three essential oils in it, cassia, menthol & camphor. They have mixed results when studied scientifically. Its best to try it on yourself and see if it works. There are no clear contraindications to taking it with tylenol (acetaminophen). Please make sure you are taking less than 3 grams of tylenol (acetaminophen) a day.
