See your doctor: It is likely that everything is okay, but you need to be seen for evaluation. I would recommend that you undergo an ultrasound to insure the IUD is in the proper location and to make sure there are no intrauterine masses / lesions causing the irregular bleeding. Finally, a pregnancy test may be ordered. Hope this helps.
