I didn't keep my son's amox-clav suspension in fridge for 22 hours. is it safe to take still? should i discard it?

Still safe: There are no specific storage / handling recommendation by the manufacturer after reconstitution of the medication and so if your Amox / clav has not been exposed to extreme temperatures; out of room temperature range, it should still be efficacious. You might want to call your pharmacist.
