Not at your age: Rich folks inject their young teenaged sons with growth hormone to add inches. Once the growth plates in the bones have closed, only barbaric surgeries available in some dark corners of the world can add height. Michael j fox & steve mcqueen were both under 5'6" -- who even knows that? And in both men and women, physical fitness (definition & bulk in a man) trumps height. Best wishes.
