Not uncommon: Many have either a dry nose (with nose bleeds) or dry/soar throat after sleeping the night in poor humidity. The oral/nasal airway adds water to the air as it enters the lungs.Humidity needs to be near 100% at the air exchange point in the lungs or you get tissue injury.Nasal allergies, septal deviation and or membrane swelling aggravates the process. It is a natural event for many.
