See an allergist: If you have access to one, it seems that you have lower airways affection as well,possible that you have allergy to indoors element, or indoor pollution is triggering your already inflamed airways causing such symptoms. Allergy proof your place to start with: avoid pets, dust collecting material,smokers,kill mold, etc..,saline nasal washes daily,continue your meds till you get to see an allergist
