Many non-dairy......: Sources of easily absorbed caclium. I have placed them from highest to lowest, although all are good! many good non-dairy sources: sesame seeds-tofu-almonds-flax seeds-greens-brocholli-brazil nuts- in descending order. You should easily acquire the mdr of calcium eating these! also flax seed has omega-3 (best non-fish source), & the greens-vitamins galore, and the nuts-monosaturated fats & fiber!
