2 months: B"sd a bit confusing, would need to know what your tests are showing. for patients with incomplete resolution of sx's on standard levothyroxine therapy, considerable benefit may come with combined therapy to include T3 (liothyronine) (levothironine) either as dessicated thyroid or separate doses. Due to long half life - thyroid levels reach steady state after about 2 months. Available to discuss individual case

Need the thyroid: regulated first. It takes typically months to get the meds adjusted. Each adjustment takes weeks to fully have its consequences.
