If i smoked an electronic cigarette for 1.4 years - do i have a strong chance of developing oral cancer?

Did you quit?: Electronic cigarettes have not been around for long enough to know the actual risk. If you quit, your risk will decrease with time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Increased: Increased but not "strong". Why not quit while ahead?
