I recently been put on a 5 day zpak and predisone for bronchitid. they past few days my face starts to get red and feel like bp is up and etc.

Call your doctor: It's probably the steroids that are causing the elevated blood pressure -so if you still have some of that left, I would call your doctor to try and get off of it. It's important too 'how high' your blood pressure goes because if it's too high-bad things can happen. Why your face is red could also be due to the steroids but the antibiotic could also be at fault. Best to call the doc who prescribed
