Need more info: If it‘s solated low GFR, and you‘re otherwise healthy (with normal urine studies and maybe ultrasound) all that needs to be done is continued monitoring. Because even if you do have chronic disease, the mainstay of treatment is to control blood pressure, which you say is low. I have not seen anyone worked up for isolated low GFR that revealed anything after expensive tests. What says your doctor?
