A member asked:

What is the estimated risk for hiv of 1 time condom sex (male to female) and unprotected oral sex to a female? ab/ag (-) at 5,6 month, pcr (-) 4 month

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Zero: The 4th generation HIV screening tests (AB/AG) are extremely sensitive, and a negative result with a single AB/AG test alone suggests impossibly low risk of having HIV in combination with the low-risk encounter you describe. Further testing was and is very much overkill.
