Hello i washed a bed sheet in bleach and it didn't fully dry in the center. i woke up i found myself covered in wet residue from bleach is this bad?

No: Standard laundry bleach is sodium hypochlorite in water. And when you washed it in the washing machine it was diluted down even more with more water. That will not harm your skin but if you do not dry yourself off thoroughly you might bleach the colors of any clothes that you put on this AM and the towels that you use. Take a quick shower before you get dressed.
