Is there a way to reduce tinnitus caused by chiari malformation? its my only troublesome symptom. sometimes they ring bad sometimes it's very bearable

Muscle spasms: muscle spasms in the neck from any cause, including arnold chiari can cause ringing in the ears. The only semi reliable treatment I have found is botox. Surgery for the Arnold Chiari in my experience makes it worst.
