Ideas: History and physical exam. Taking meds? Platelet count as part of the CBC, pro time, partial thromboplastin time. Basic chemistries. Tourniquet test and bleeding time are not obsolete. Antinuclear antibody screen. If any suspicion of vasculitis, more labs.
