Blood in eye: Blood in your eye may be a subconjunctival hemorrhage which results from a burst capillary. These are usually not serious,don't affect vision and are painless. They clear in a week or so. The eyebrow bump may be a cyst and unrelated. See your physician or ophthalmologist for evaluation as needed.
