Very painful sciatica in 22 year old. what treatment options are available?

Sciatica: Firstly an evaluation and probably an MRI. Then possibly PT, with Medrol (methylprednisolone) Dose pak, Calcium channel modulators (gabapentin, pregabalin, enacarbil gabapentin), NSAID's, epidural steroid injection, and possibly PRP injections.
