lack cervical curve, chronic lumbar pain for 13 years, low back pain by hips, lower back popping, & i am pregnant.....popping is new. it didn't happen?

Unknown cause benign: If you are not already into it, start a serious exercise regimen. Chances are great that you have a systemic arthritis. Exercise PLUS a good doc is the best RX. You may want to try Aleve (naproxen) if OK with your doc, when PG. Other meds may be needed after delivery and weaning. Popping cause MAY BE a vacuum phenomenon, snapping tendon or roughness in a joint. We don't know. Take care. Congrats.
