Hip, back pain: Consider thoracic or lumbar disc, sprain/strain from pregnancy weight redistribution. Get it checked.

See your doc: This could be a myriad of conditions. Please see your doc to be evaluated, and don't take Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) without your docs consent at your stage of pregnancy. Be safe - get it checked out.
