hi, i have a cold and it's lasted about 5 days now. how do i get rid of the tickle and cough asap? it's hurting me. i want to stop coughing, how?

A cold steam: VAPORIZER may "do the trick". Use it alone or with an OTC (Over the Counter) Nasal steroid spray ( eg: Nasocort, RhinoCort) Hope this helps! Dr Z
