Im breastfeeding & have a recurring nipple blister. piercing skin slightly w/ sterilized needle, expressing, keeping it moist & wearing loose clothing doesn't help. piercing worked first time but now it's bigger & doesn't go away. advice pls?

Repositioning: Try another hold or position for baby. You should be able to avoid blistering. Consider seeing your Obstetrician in case the blister represents infection.
