Possible: It is possible, but also not as possible that it will squirt far. The nipple should be well inside the baby's mouth so it doesn't matter a lot if it leaks some out the side. You'll just have to try it and see how it goes. Many women with pierced nipples breastfeed without problems. (of course with the piercing removed.).
