Should get better: Some born with poor IgA production tend toward more ear/sinus/diarrhea infections in infancy.Many of these can be quite worrisome and admission for dehydration, etc would be expected.They are not as prone to severe infections as those with combined deficiencies, and most are less vulnerable as they get older, when size reduces risk of dehydration and general immunity builds up.
