ColdSeasonIsADrag!!!: You tried to get rid of the congestion by what-ing it out? Anyways, hard to say exactly what you should do but it sure sounds like you're miserable. So...if you have a fever and bad sore throat and maybe some tender spots on the front side of your neck, then get to a doctor but even if not, if you're feeling this bad tomorrow, go get seen. Meanwhile take Motrin or Tylenol (acetaminophen) and keep up with fluids.
