What test do i ask for next. i have a mass on my spleen sant 3.4x3.2. wbc 13.6. swollen node in neck. night sweats and fatigue ( my dr thinks that may be from my meds). iga level of 936. most of all of my test come back normal but i dont feel good?

Splenic mass ?'s: Ask your physician for a referral to an infectious disease internist or a general surgeon. The wbc level suggests a possible infectious process, consistent with "night sweats and fatique".
