A member asked:

What do you think, could lying down during a blood test stop me from fainting?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: Usually feinting from a blood draw is called a vasovagal reaction. It causes a drop in blood pressure which decrease blood flow to your brain and you feint. Laying down usually will help prevent it.
