Hidradenitis: suppuritiva, commonly found in the very large sweat glands in the armpits, as well as groin areas, is quite common. They can be incised and drained, and sometimes packing them with iodoform or antibiotic gauze will help. If they recur, there are other treatments, including excising them. Talk to your health care provider.
