See your doctor: if this is a recurrent thing, you could have hydradenitis. You might need to see a surgeon eventually to excise the cysts. For now, see your doctor for more or another antibiotic.

Hydradenitis: Recurrent infections in the underarms and groins are called hydradenitis suppurativa. This is a different entity than hyperhidrosis. It is comedolike occlusion of the follicles of hair, causing recurrent infection and purulent discharge.
