10 years Ive had a few small red dots on my fingers (above knuckles) they are under the skin but recently they have spread up my wrists. are they bad?
I have small pin prick sized dots around the palm of my hand. Some of them are brown and a few are red. No itch or pain. But they make my skin dry?
