Skin lesion: Without examining this one cannot make a diagnosis, but if it's flat and has been there for weeks, it could be a benign hemangioma. If it's very recent it could be a leak from a tiny skin blood vessel(capillary) and will fade in a week or so. See your physician if it persists.
