Doubtful: First, in tanzania malaria risk is in areas below 1800 meters. Risk lower in dar es salaam than rural areas. The preventative medications are prescription & it seems this would require you see health provider. But then you could learn which regions have had measles outbreaks, maybe get antibiotic for traveler's diarrhea & other helpful things. Don't buy malaria drugs in tanzania--they are fake.
