Need exam: Eczema is likely and gets worse in winter. See a dermatologist. Meanwhile apply a lubricating cream several times a day, especially after a soak [bath or shower].

Derm eval.: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
