Evaluation: You can go to a psychologist and be tested for it. There are a number of measurements now used to test for ADHD. You can also go to a psychiatrist who will interview you and likely give you a short screener.

Adhd evaluation: It can be hard to find a professional to evaluate someone for ADHD. I would add that folks in your position maybe start by asking their primary care doctor for a referral. Even though it isn't often clear to the general public while many folks can help with diagnosing ADHD, most reliable to go to someone who specializes in these types of evaluations. See a psychologist: Psychologists are specially trained to administer tests for executive functioning. Don't rely on rating scales or an online test for a diagnosis this serious.
