A member asked:

Is it good to eat soya chunks frequently ie 2times a week? i have pco's and hyperthyroidism.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Soya chunks: I can't think of a reason you should not eat soya chunks twice a week. I am more concerned that you are reporting that you have hyperthyroidism. Surely by now your doctor (preferably an Endocrinologist) has controlled your hyperthyroidism. Please let me know.
