Bleeding: Two options: 1: Have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility. The doctors may be able to take care of your bleeding or they might call for a Gynecologist to see you in the Emergency facility. 2: First call your Gynecologist before you decide to go to the Emergency facility. I strongly suspect she/he will advice you to go to the Emergency facility. Please let me know what develops.
