Understanding based: on both heart anatomy & how the electrical avtivation spreads from cell-to-cell with the atria, then within the ventricles. Both terms relate to both heart anatomy & electrical activity within the ventricles, both dominant depolarization biased more to left side (left axis deviation) & altered repolarization (T waves); many possible reasons.
